Orders

How can I place an order?

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:

To order as a guest:

. Click on the ‘Cart button’ and proceed to Checkout

. Enter all your required shipping and billing information

. Click on ‘’Continue to Payment Method’ and choose your method

. Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary

How to select my size?

Please check size guide mentioned under each product on website, it’s 99% accurate and please email us at orders@sowears.net if you are unable to select which size would fit you, our team will guide you accordingly.

What if I found any discrepancy in my order/product?

First, we’ll try to arrange the same article for you depending upon the availability on the website, otherwise.

In case of article unavailability, voucher of paid amount will be issued with validity up to two days, which can be used instantly or in the future.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Generally, Our team do a confirmation call or whatsapp message within 24 hours of order placement, kindly keep your number active. If you donot recieve any call leave us an email at orders@sowears.net.

Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed. You can place a new order for more items, we cannot take over phone call or through messenger, you can place your order by visiting our website https://sowears.net/

Can an order be available for store pickup?

Unfortunately, we do not offer store pickups yet.

How can I cancel my order?

No cancellation requests are accepted due to any reason once the order is placed and confirmed.

Why my order is cancelled?

Sorry that your order is cancelled but we had to cancel it because we couldn't get in touch with you using any channel of communication.

If you have received any confirmation of your order, please share it with us by email at orders@sowears.net Our team will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

Local order delivery for Karachi can take between 1 - 3 working days, for other cities 3 – 5 days and International delivery can take between 5 - 7 working days (after payment approval), depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source to process the order.

Does the price of the order include shipping charges?

For all local & international orders, shipping charges are mentioned separately as part of the order on the check-out page. Final amount charged will include shipping charges.

How do I check the delivery status?

What manner of shipping do you use?

We use Trax and TCS for local orders and DHL for international ones.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code while placing an order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us.

Can I get the shipping/billing address of an order changed after it has been processed?

It is only possible to change the address of a processed order before it has been dispatched. Please Email us at orders@sowears.net and check if your order has been dispatched or not.

Return and Exchange

Can I exchange my order?

Orders can be exchange if the article(s) delivered to you was damaged or incorrect or size issue. Unfortunately we do not offer Article(s) Exchange or Return unless there is an issue in the order mentioned above. You can go through our Return and exchange policy:

How can I exchange my order?

For Exchange in Karachi:

i. Send us an email at orders@sowears.net  mentioning the reason for the exchange with your order number and get a coupon code for exchange in reply.

ii. Now place a new order on the website for the same Article using your coupon code.

The exchange item is to be packed and given to the rider in the same flyer containing all your previous order details, tagged, and the same condition when the rider will come to deliver your new order.

For exchange in other cities:

i.  Send us an email at orders@sowears.net mentioning the reason for the exchange with the order number, and in reply we will send you our address for sending the return parcel,  once you get the address you can send the exchange item in the same packaging, tagged and same condition. Kindly mention your ORDER NUMBER, NAME , CONTACT NUMBER on the return package

ii. After sending the exchange article keep a track of your shipment and once it get delivered, Email us at orders@sowears.net the courier slip and get your coupon code in reply.

iii. Now place a new order on website for same Article using your coupon code.

For Size Exchange Of International Orders:

If you need a different size, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the item. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back and with receiving the new item.

Are there any additional charges on exchange?

We will not charge for any exchange orders if the article(s) delivered to you was damaged or incorrect article. 

If the customer wishes to exchange the article, even if the order was correct, but by mistake customer placed order for wrong size, then the customer will bear the expense of sending us the article(s) back as well as delivery charges will be applied on the exchange parcel.

How long will the exchange process take?

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process.

Important Note: If our team is unable to establish contact with you for an exchange order, for any reason from your side, then your exchange request will be automatically closed on the third day of your exchange request generation.

Please keep your parcel ready beforehand for a seamless swap process.

What if my order amount changes due to exchange products?

Customer is required to place exchange order equal or above to the amount of original order, if there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange. In cases where the exchange order value is above original order value, you can pay in cash at the time of delivery.
